Refund Policy

Plugins & Software

Purchases of audio plugins and other paid software products (including but not limited to Circuit Bandit) are eligible for a full refund if BOTH of the following are true:

1. The purchase was made no more than fourteen (14) days ago.
2. The license key has not been activated on any computer.

Once a license key has been activated on any machine, the sale becomes final and no refund is available.

To request a plugin refund, email support@inthelockboxx.com with:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number
• A brief note that you'd like to refund the plugin

We will verify the license has not been activated and process eligible refunds to the original payment method within five (5) business days. Once processed, the license key is permanently revoked.

If the plugin isn't working on your system, please contact support@inthelockboxx.com first — most install or activation issues can be resolved within one business day, and refund eligibility for genuine technical issues may extend beyond the 14-day window on a case-by-case basis.

Sample Kits, Drum Kits, Loop Kits, and Other Digital Products

All other digital products — including sample packs, drum kits, loop kits, one-shot packs, and video content — are delivered instantly upon successful payment and are therefore non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact contact@inthelockboxx.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Subscriptions

Members may cancel their subscription at any time — no questions asked — through their account page or by emailing contact@inthelockboxx.com. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused days in the current period are not provided.

Merchandise (Physical Items)

Defective physical items may be returned or replaced within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Contact contact@inthelockboxx.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect.

Customers in the European Union / United Kingdom

Under EU and UK consumer protection law, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for online purchases. This right does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with your prior express consent AND acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

• For plugins and software: activating your license key constitutes such express consent and acknowledgment; your statutory withdrawal right ends at that point. If you have not activated within 14 days, your statutory right remains available in addition to the plugin refund terms above.
• For instantly-delivered digital products (sample kits, etc.): you provide such consent at checkout when you confirm the purchase and receive the immediate download link. Your statutory withdrawal right ends when the download link is generated.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at contact@inthelockboxx.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution may result in license revocation and, in some cases, being blocked from future purchases from Lockboxx.
